Starting 2021, when you renew your ARC, you will receive a new ARC number from the immigration office. After receiving the new format of ARC number, please be reminded to complete BOTH of the followings:
- Update your account info at the post office: please bring your post office passbook, stamp and new ARC card (new ARC number) to apply for update at the PO counter. It takes 30 minutes to complete the process. You can go to any PO to make the update.
- After updating your info at the PO, please scan the QR code to fill out our survey form and upload the PDF of your new ARC (both sides). The OIA will provide your new ARC number to Registrar’s Office every Friday.
